LATE SHOWS:
We understand that sometimes your appointment gets delayed or there is an emergency and you are late for your scheduled pickup. Our drivers will wait 30 minutes for you. If your appointment lasts over 30 minutes, we'll still pick you up but we request that you give us a call so we can send our next available driver to pick you up.
CANCELLATION:
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. But even if you can only give us an hour's notice, we would appreciate it as it saves our drivers an unnecessary drive.

‍* Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 3 miles from our office location in San Jose, CA 95127, a surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile applies for each mile over 3. For trips outside of Santa Clara County, CA, a $7.50 base with a $1.45 per mile surcharge applies.
** Afterhours rate: For trips on weekends, a $7.50 base with a $1.45 per mile surcharge applies.
